“You know, I really really want to love these pants and shorts. But as someone who is 5' 8.5" and a size 4, they just won't fit. The medium is too big, the small is too tight only in the upper thighs. The regular is too short, but the tall is too long. To be fair, they are extremely comfortable! Just very unflattering on my particular figure.”

“Exchanges are not straightforward. Especially with gift cards. You have to first return and then reorder. Ordered shorts initially, returned due to defective side pocket zipper. Returned waited for return to reach, account credited, and then reordered pants of the same size color and style. Now pants are little too loose. Do not have patience to go through the same process again. Customer support was good, but shipping services used are too slow both ways. Especially in Amazon times. Especially if they do not do conventional exchanges.”
