“Clothing did not fit well, was willing to try a different size, but the exchange process was impossible. Customer service was terrible and the product wasn’t nice enough to continue struggling through the process of getting the right fit. Plenty of other brands offer better products and better service.”

“I had to return my Christmas present because the style was too long for me. The return was completed very easily. The pants did not com in the short version which I would need . I am 5 ft tall and I need a shorter inseam .”

“Not the typical review just wanted to let you know that your return policy was great. This is the first time that I have returned something to Vuori. I usually try on things at Scheels here in Omaha, Nebraska. Then I ordered directly from the website. The reason I do this is because usually they don't have my size at Scheels. My only issue has been things not being long enough. I wear a 32x34 usually and the length you offer is great. I used to order UNRL pants and joggers butt even with their tall sizing they don't seem to be long enough and are still too high above my ankles. For Christmas I ordered all of the very thin ponto hoodies, hold this always! I ordered every color of hoodie and the matching joggers. The only issue I can even think of is that they kind of look a bit like pajamas or too casual so I'm going to have to work different bottoms. I really wish that you guys made a pant that was very very light but casual but not a sweatpant. And not a jogger, I want ones with just tapered legs but that don't squinch in by your ankles like a jogger does. If that makes sense. Again, great products but really looking for that perfect pant.
