“Had to exchange purchase from website at a store, and it went very well. The reason for the exchange was that I used the size determining tool on the website, and it proved off by a good amount. I double checked after I got the items to make sure I had not entered my data incorrectly, and I had not. So that sucked. I am fortunate to have a Vuori store within 20 miles, so I went there, tried on a smaller size. That was good, so the staff quickly exchanged the too large ones I got online with the correct size.”

“The Vuori brand is like the luxury brand of sweats and work out clothing. Comfy, stylish, the material used to make their clothes is so soft and touchable that you can’t stop rubbing your arm or your upper leg just so you can get that quick soft feeling from what you are wearing. Sometimes I wish Vuori had a larger clothing style option so I could make my whole wardrobe Vuori clothing!”

“You did a great job. I didn't. I ordered your V1 Crew sock - 3 of them - in nmy First order with you all. Loved them ( Order # 25649016 ). I'm still trying to figure out sizing. I am returning 2 pants from that order, or at least I'm trying to return them, because the Meta Pant Athletic Slim I ordreed in 34 is way big, need 32, and the Cascade Tech Chino Pant, Classic Fit in 32w, 30 l is also too big. It's the Fleet Chino Pant Athletic Slim that fits really well. The Return process is frustrating ! The USPS store I use is a block away, but not listed on your " menu " of return places. I have given " Support " all the info but they tell me it's going to take 2 days ... Just to print a return Label ! Not good. Court Dixon”

“love the clothes but I don’t feel that my feedback matters at all. I’ve shared my thoughts multiple times regarding a huge market that is being ignored for younger and thinner women. I have been in fitness for over 20 years and as I’ve aged the clothing remains the same, marketed to teenagers and young women. I’m waving both hands over here to let you know that I’d appreciate a sports bra that fits and shirts long enough to cover my mid section and how about pockets for the yoga pants??”
