“Accidentally got signed out of my V1 account when I sent the payment over. AI bot told me you can’t reimburse the discount. So I had to return it and reorder. Seems silly and like a waste of time and resources for everyone. Can this be remedied?”

“There was something incorrect in my order address and Vuori refused help of any kind. Very disappointing to see them take my money and then not care at all about what happened after. Will not be planning any future purchases, plan to take my business to Alo and Lululemon.”
