“People working at the store actually ignored me until I was ready to pay. Their attitudes while paying were forced and insincere. Not what you would expect at Vuori. QT convenience stores make you feel more welcome.”

“Other than loving Vuori products, Laurie (or Lori) in the Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO is an absolute asset to your business. She is courteous beyond belief, knows her customers well & is honest about fit and style. She is above and beyond accommodating. I actually stop in to say hello whenever I’m in the mall just because she’s so friendly. I’m almost always in Vuori clothing & she always comments! I love Vuori, have recommended the brand to everyone & love buying from Laurie.”

“My family LOVES the comfort of this line! My only complaint is there is no sales/ perks. It is pricey and I would buy more often but I just can’t justify the prices too often. For Christmas, the perk was a canvas bag after spending $250. I did get 20 percent off because it was a first online order. I have purchased REI in the past.”

“The jacket is cute but not impressed with the zipper and there was an issue with the sleeves. I did exchange it for another extra small that the sleeves were not as long. Shouldn't the sleeves in a size be the same length. I love your clothes but wish you would improve the quality of the zippers in the garments you manufacture.”

“I specifically added items to my cart in order to reach the minimum for the holiday tote bag. I saw the tote in my cart before I checked out, but it was not included in my confirmation email and did not arrive. Upon reaching out to customer service, it seems as if the promotion I used somehow negated the tote, as the total went down. I'm not sure if that was the reason, but it was disappointing and the only response I recieved was basically a snarky "oh well, they're sold out now". I guess I'll stick to REI next time.”
