“Vuori doesn’t do exchanges. They also don’t honor pricing on the item being returned in order to purchase the same thing in the correct size. So, I just returned and didn’t reorder.”

“I came to the store lat kenwood mall in Cincinnati looking for a jacket I saw online, but the store didn't have it. The salesperson was kind enough to check the stock with people in the back, but that process took over 10 minutes. Overall, I love Vuori, so don't take this minor comment as negative, just trying to offer helpful input. I love the duration of your return window, as I buy many gifts a few months in advance.”

“While I like Vuori clothing, buying online is a total nightmare unless your item happens to fit. If you need to return it....horrible. There is no receipt in the bag with the item. I don't walk around with order numbers in my head or files. ANYTHING sent from an online order should, OF COURSE have a printed receipt with all necessary information so that returns are as easy as possible. Nightmare trying to return a swinsuit.”
