“The sales associate that helped me was fantastic. He sold me the one pair of shorts I needed. The store didn't have the other color I wanted in the same short, so I ordered them online. I accidentally ordered the wrong ones, so I took them to the store and the same associate that helped me the week prior still provided amazing service with my exchange.”

“Vuori doesn’t do exchanges. They also don’t honor pricing on the item being returned in order to purchase the same thing in the correct size. So, I just returned and didn’t reorder.”
