“Your purchasing, return, exchange software needs updating. No changes after you click purchase online, exchanged in store and there was no simple “exchange” they had to refund and then manager approval to adjust pricing to match the original purchase price - didn’t even balance correctly. So complicated and a poor customer experience. Love the clothes but will hesitate to purchase online,”

“I recently received this as a gift and only after taking off tags, did I notice a weird outline at the back of the neck where the logo is. It looks as if they used a pen during manufacturing to outline where to logo should go. This wouldn’t be a major problem if the pen wasn’t black against the lavender ice color. It isn’t noticeable as long as the hood is left on but removing the hood would not be ideal.”
