“I purchased 2 sizes of the same top for my husband and I explained to the clerk I would be returning the one that didn't fit him. I told him I was from out of town and would not be able to return in person. He said no problem - just go on-line. Once I was online, I discovered if you purchase in-store, you must reurn in-store. I tried calling the store and it rings and then hangs up... How do i return the product> I will be in Seattle in late summer and I hope they will accfeot the return then. VERY unfriendly service.”

“I was mainly buying for the color. I have never bought from Vuori before so wanted to check the sizing also. It was great. The color was off from what I was trying to match or I would have kept it. A person can only have so many jackets. I will purchase again.”
