“The merchandise is always outstanding but my last purchase took forever to arrive. When I called customer support to ask about it, they said they had no order by that number. I knew I had ordered it and had an email to verify my purchase, but they couldn’t help me. It arrived today.”

“I bought a chilled out full zip for myself and an aspen pull over for my husband. Aspen pullover is amazing! I returned the chilled out full zip. It was so short on my torso. Why does everything in the women’s line have to be cropped? I may stop shopping at vuori because everything is so short for my longer torso. Not everyone wears cropped tops.”

“I’ve been with you guys for a while. I was able to get the straight leg sweats, which were sold out at most places but I found a place. I went to my local Vuori store in Berkeley and called the other store to get them sent to me. I think you guys should make this process easier for the customer. It would be cool to find a store using your app or online to do this instead of the current process. I had to do a lot of leg work on my own to get the sweat pants.”

“I love everything Vuori, and have given many Vuori gifts. I bought a zip up hoodie for my sister in Raisin and she loves it....she wanted a light weight fabric and fell in love with its softness and weightlessness. I bought a short sleeved shirt for my son, who is into bouldering, and this is perfect for his workouts.”

“I received a top as a present. The gifter paid $10 to ship it. I needed to exchange it for a smaller size and the store didn’t stock the color (blue) so the clerk returned it to a gift card, created a new online order and emailed the cart to me to finish the order. When I got home I noticed I got charged ANOTHER $6 for shipping since my exchange didn’t meet the minimum order. That’s a terrible process and left a bitter attitude towards me buying more product from you. I would like my $6 back!!!”
