“The team at the Del Amo store was amazing. My mother-in-law had a complicated issue with a gift card that was sent to her over a year ago. The manager there, I can’t recall his name now, spent over 30 minutes on an extremely busy day to help us figure it out. He was attentive and patient. We will definitely be back.”
