“Paid for express shipping. Didn’t receive express shipping as stated. Because I had to reply multiple times to really poorly handled customer service, after spending a fair amount of money on your brand this month, you’ve lost a customer permanently. There are two many choices with companies that provide reasonable support to spend a dime with you again.”

“The Vuori stuff has is awesome. Had to rerun my latest purchase and that was a very simple process. My biggest issue with Vuori is that there is no military discount. I know Vuori offers a very sizable discount to fitness instructors and coaches. Maybe do the same for Veterans twice a year….Veterans Day and Memorial Day.”
