“I went into the store to do an exchange but was charged for items I had never purchased. When I called to have the correction taken care of the vuori rep acted like I had made the mistake and was I was cautioned not to do it again.”

“Love the product. You need to work on delivery issues. I ordered 12/10/25 , product arrived 12/29/25, past the holiday. I would have appreciated an opportunity to pay more to expedite at ordering if I had anticipated that issue. Might look into that. USPS in Indianapolis is horrible and irretrieveable. Will continue to purchase, just found out about the Keystone location.”
