“I love the buttery soft quality of the clothing and how well every item has fit me. I will say that the pants with a tie in the front tend to untie often and I don’t love that but other than that I really love the quality of all items.”

“The tracking information that I received was incorrect to start. I had a difficult time reaching anyone in customer support as there was only an AI assistant who told me that my order could not be found. It took several days to discuss my issue with a real custormer support person. The clothing that I received was not as described- I ordered the t-shirts that were describes as tall, bit they were not tall. Crew neck sweatshirt was substandard quality for price. All items overpriced. I was very unhappy and sent everything back.”

“I love my Vuori clothes! The 2 stars is for the Woodlands, Texas store that I recently visited. This is my second time in the store and both times were not good. On this recent visit (which is the same thing that happened the first time) my husband and I walked in, there were 2 ladies (one which was the manager Dez, I later found out) standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves and scrolling on their phones. They didn't look up to even say hello, welcome in, let us know if you need anything. I proceeded to look for what I needed and headed to the dressing room. As I walked past the ladies, neither one said a word to us. I made a comment to my husband, "I wonder if they have self checkout as well since we aren't even being acknowledged." After Dez heard my comment she then came into the dressing room to see if I needed any help. We tried to explain to her how we felt. She let us know that she is not that kind of person that asks people if they need help and welcomes them. She should not be in this business! I had 2 shorts to exchange and she did help with that. She got better after we voiced our dissappointment in her store. I shop often at the Del Mar Vuori store and they are always so attentive and helpful. I have to drive 30 minutes in Houston to get to a Vuori store and I shouldn't be treated this way.”

“Fits perfect, very soft & comfortable. I have them in the wash right now so we'll see how they come out. I have them on the delicate cycle. My husband thought they looked wonderful on me. I'm looking forward to wearing them on a long overnight flight this fall.”
