“I ordered an item from a store over the phone June 13 and was told I should get it in three days. I did not receive tracking for this item and called the store on Thursday, June 25 - the manager explained they are a new store and my item has been sitting in a bin for almost a week waiting to be shipped… Someone did not realize that UPS needed to take it from the store a week earlier in order for me to receive it. The manager facilitated it to go out Thursday, June 25, and said I should receive it Friday the 26th or Saturday the 27th at the latest. She even said it would go out overnight priority. Today is Sunday, June 28 and I have still not received it. It looks like it is coming tomorrow, but that mixup prevents me from giving this as a gift. This item was to be shipped from Schaumburg, Illinois.”
