“its difficult to get help in the store. I waited in line for several minutes while the cashier chatted up the customer in front of me . There were several open cash registers with a sales associated just standing by the counter and several other chatting with each other .”

“The service is spectacular always. I love that the clothing doesn’t lint much, retains its shape, is soft and comfortable and looks brand new for years. I wish they would design more for the older fans like me. Almost 60 so I don’t want jackets and shirts with my tummy hanging out, nor do I want to wear thin leggings or pants that show numbs and cellulite. I wish they would make more performance jackets that go with the pants they make as the shorter waist jackets are too short.”

“I really love your products and have always had positive experiences. During my most recent visit, though, I was surprised at checkout to learn that an item I selected had been mislabeled as being on sale (only one color vs the other). In my experience, the marked price is typically honored, so it was uncomfortable to be asked, at a very bus checkout counter, whether I still wanted the item given that the error wasn’t mine. Meanwhile, another employee is furiously tearing off stickers from tags. I wanted to share this feedback because I value the brand and hope future checkout experiences are smoother.”

“I think this brand has some great clothing. I was a little disappointed in the tank I purchased, though. The tank is very thin, you can see through the material, and the material feels cheap. Personally, I like the men's clothing much better.”
