“Everything I’ve bought from Vuori is both flattering and comfortable. The space itself is always welcoming and the staff are very attentive and friendly. One staff member at the La Jolla location also gave my dog beef liver and duck treats while I paid for my items.”

“The customer service has been great. The delivery process has been horrible. When filling out the address to our cabin, the zip code was changed, to an address that was verified? That lead to my package being returned to sender. Customer service reached out, fixed the issue and resent. I still have not received my package due to a sorting issue. Hopefully I will get my order soon, as it has been 3 weeks.”

“Went in for an exchange; I had no issues with the guy helping me, but the older lady/manager wearing the matching set was insufferable. While processing the exchange, the iPad froze, therefore the QR used to credit my return was showing a zero dollar balance. The guy helping me apologized and needed the manager to assist. As he was explaining the situation, she cut him off, and told him there was no balance because I had already redeemed it. Poor guy couldn’t get a word in before she steamrolled him and me. He ended up figuring out on his own, but the manager’s behavior was truly disgusting. I got secondhand embarrassment for him and genuinely feel bad that the poor guy has to work under someone so dismissive and ill behaved.”
