“Bought 3 items, two slacks and one polo shirt. Wasn't sure of the sizing when I received them online. They fit but thought I might prefer M for the slacks vs the large that I ordered and L for the shirt vs the M that I ordered. Took them to your local Vuori store at Easton Mall in Columbus,Ohio. Sure enough, the other sizes fit better than what I had ordered. Exchanged my online ordered items for ones from the store. Service was exceptional and completely satisfied with all the items. You have a good thing going with your service and product. Keep it up.”

“Ordered was placed for 2nd day delivery as I was travelling down south. The order sat for three days only to have it miss the delivery date. In fairness I was refunded the shipping but your customer service made it worse by insulting me and offering a 20% percent coupon when I buy again. Same as I would get from a standard coupon and less than a sale. How absurd.”
