“Absolutely phenomenal customer service! When our items did not arrive through USPS, they resent the items after waiting a few more days. After the items ended up not showing up at all they sent the new product and it came immediately. Sadly the other items were never found by us. Excellent customer service!”

“Good clothing, but disappointing to be charging Alo/Lululemon pricing, forcing the shorter customers to pay additional for hemming. Staff says it's due to liability. I don't know why Alo and Lululemon would offer it, if that were the case. Having to pay for hemming puts the price point to high, when there are other quality options, that include it.”

“I've worn Vuori clothing for years and I'm buying less as time goes on because the fit has changed and gotten very loose and the fabric and stitching quality has lessened. I get that style is changing towards looser fit, and now that I buy a S size instead of a M size in Strato Tech Tee, I'm covered. The fabric is thinner than before and the stitching bunches up after use in the newer tees. My tees from years back are still shapely and have no seam bunching”

“Ordered on may 18th, with valid house address. Still have not received my order. Extremely dissatisfied with Vuori customer service for various reasons and in 2026 you should not get the run around and have a representative state the things that were stated. You have lost a customer, and the seven other customers I will express this to”
