“I stopped by the store to buy my husband his favorite pair of Vuori Sunday Performance Shorts. When I asked an associate for help finding them, she simply pointed me toward the back of the store. After searching and not finding the shorts, I returned and asked for assistance. The associate let out a deep sigh and seemed irritated that I was asking for help before reluctantly looking around with me. On the positive side, the cashier was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first experience with poor customer service from the floor staff. Every time I visit this store, associates who are folding or organizing merchandise seem bothered when customers ask questions or need assistance. It often feels like helping shoppers is an inconvenience. Because this has been a consistent experience over multiple visits, I have to say the customer service on the sales floor is disappointing. I hope management addresses this, as the cashier demonstrated the kind of friendly service customers should receive throughout the store.”

“regarding a recent visit to your retail store located at Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah. While my online shopping experiences with your brand have always been excellent and your return process is seamless, my recent in-store experience was incredibly disappointing. During my visit, I was the only customer in the store. Despite this, the female sales associates completely ignored me. I felt judged and as though they assumed I could not afford to shop there. This judgmental attitude almost ruined my desire to make a purchase. Fortunately, a male employee stepped in, showed great customer service, and helped me with a fitting room. While I appreciate his kindness, the overall negative behavior of the rest of the staff was unacceptable. No customer should feel ignored or judged based on assumptions. Because of this experience, I will no longer shop at your Fashion Place retail location. I plan to restrict my future purchases strictly to your online store. I hope you will address this with the store management team to ensure other customers are treated with equal respect.”
