“Very disappointed with my recent purchase experience with Vuori. As an early consumer of the brand, I encouraged 30+ people to buy their active wear. Wanted to exchange a pair of pants that was too big and the customer service people could not help me, did not call me back and never resolved my exchange. Think I will start buying Rhone and other active wear brands. Sometimes companies get too big and forget the customers that helped them grow.”

“I’m very pleased with online ordering from Vuori. I made a mistake on the length, needing the longer length. The return process is good. Vuori sent a prepaid return label. The refund was processed quickly. I am very pleased with the Ponto joggers.”

“The strati tech tees were my absolute favorite. I bought like 10 of them back in ~2021. They seem to be made MUCH longer now, and I can no longer wear them/they are way too long on me now. Probably by a full 2 inches. I needed to return all the new strato tech tees. Would be great if you reverted to the old/shorter length. I’ve read reviews and spoke with the store associate and seems like this is a common issue customers report on the new strato tech tees.”

“Ordered two pairs of the Villa Wide Leg Pants Long. Very nice lightweight fabric. Love the 33" inseam. Great for Florida.🤩 Easy returns in-store on the sizes that weren't mine. Was told a New Vuori Store will be opening up in The International Plaza Tampa. Very excited as that is closer to home for me. Will be shopping for more Vuori clothes.🛍️”
