“Product is always quality. I was very disappointed that as soon as I clicked the button to finish my purchase, I realized that I used the incorrect shipping address. When I called the response was that the order had been processed and could not be changed. I tried to cancel it, but I could not do that as well. Consequently, I received the package 7 days later and had to pay for shipping to the incorrect address.”
