“I liked the vuse when I started using it. However the new devices are horrible.
As for the overpriced pods, I am very disappointed. I have had a few that taste different the what I am use to and am disappointed with the lack of consistency and quality.

“I have noticed since the change that they leak terribly. Now the inside if my mouth feels and tastes weird all day. My tongue has ripples, as well as splits,and my lips stick to my teeth. I wasn't aware what was causing it at 1st. Had to go see my dentist. They were also baffled. Then I realized all this vuse juice is burning my mouth all up. Its dry and terrible. “I reported my defective vuse pods and was told to take it in to have it assessed. Lately I've received a number of faulty pods. After a few uses, it just stops working.
Why can I simply not be refunded for faulty vuse pods when raising a complaint? I mean, I included the serial numbers too? It will cost me more to go to the pop up store to have it assessed.
Vuse, you guys really need to do better. We pay a lot for these things and the customer service just totally sucks. I have 3 pods that are faulty (2 strawberry ice and 1 grape ice)”

“To many times they will leak oil which burns your tongue and lip, plus I've had pods (brand new) not work at all! I just now put one in a fully charged unit, and NOTHING!
I have called company several times over these issues, and they only send you a coupon for a SMALL fraction of what you paid, and the inconvenience of having to go out and buy another pack of pods! Plus, you have to send them the defective pod BEFORE they send the coupon! Bad business practices!! They either need to get it together, or STOP making them all together!”
“In 2 years a pod went from 11 bucks to 19. The flavor was the good. Not as good as juul Virginia was but good. But juice comes through to often. It's 50/50 the pod tastes off. 1 in 4 are dark and don't taste right. I'm done being ripped off. Now when they tell me at the store what it cost i hesitate because i cant believe it. Goodbye for ever. This isn't right. How can you be so greedy vuse? Zero stars”
