Over a MONTH and no delivery. Their delivery company, Haultail, is a scam. When, by a miracle, you can contact Haultail, it is obvious, since English is not their first language. Save your money, and use Blu or 21st Century...ANY vape OTHER than vuse.

Rubbish Products and Disgusting Service I am writing the review to express my deep disappointment with Vuse products and service. I purchased the Vuse eTank mini on 11/07/22 in Lewisham Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, the product did not perform well. The mouthpiece fell apart in my mouth. When I was vaping, the liquid entered my throat and made me sick. I tried to charge it but it kept blinking and didn't work. I contacted the Vuse customer service by email on 11/07/22 and explained the problem. I got an automatic response and number of my case CASE-02299093. Today is 18/07/22 and nobody contact me. I try to contact vuse by email again but they blocked my message! I would not recommend Vuse to anybody.

stopped cigarettes used vuse 1yr 1/2 ago, I can even count how many pods leaked or discolored tasted bad and had to be tossed So much money wasted. I did try to quit but it was way harder then cigarettes so still using and still same thing. The cs depend sometime nice or sometimes horrible. all they do is send coupons in a month yes 30 days and you have to buy more to use the coupon. I did return it once, drove 15 min out of my way to no avail. i was ordering on line until it took over 30 days to get my order. This is such a blatant rip off they are stealing '

Their pods are all BAD 😡😡 Makes me SICK ! Feels like poison! All miscolored ! And it’s not just cosmetic ! COMPLETE WASTE IF MONEY ! Plz pOeple , bring to poison control and health dept 😡😡. Company refuses to take responsibility!

The picture below proves my point here. Just look at the variance in color. Those darker ones are 5.0's stuffed in a 2.4 pack. Every 2.4 Golden 4 pack i purchase has two or more 5.0’s in them. These pod's are $5+ each. Good luck with that, I’m switching to something else.

Absolutely horrible customer service and if its possible an even worse carrier to deliver their product. They billed me on 4/28...they "say" that the carrier, Haultail, picked up the package on 5/2...today is 5/27 and still no package...Vuse pointed me to the carrier app(which is worthless) but does have a chat feature. I have been told for 3 consecutive days now that my package will be delivered, I wait around and no delivery, when I call Vuse to complain they escalate to a supervisor who said that I have two options: 1. keep waiting or 2. they can refund my money and I can go buy a different product! Very disappointing that a company the size of Phillip Morris has such horrible a customer service. I will be looking for an alternate product to use moving forward. 10 - 15 business days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a delivery and they can't even honor that commitment!

I used to really enjoy the Vuse Golden Tobacco pods. But lately, no matter where I buy them, they are discolored and harsh. Which tells me they are mass producing them and they are old, perhaps exposed to heat in storage by distributors, and they are non refundable. A great way to get the money for bad or contaminated product. I quit vaping a week ago and feel so much better. I have WASTED hundreds of dollars the last couple months because ALL the pods were as they are in the picture I am including.

Vuse menthol Pods are horrible. When you buy from a retailer juice is oxydated and tastes like burnt coil. I am very disappointed giving my mouth soars. Do not buy this product. I'm done

Ordered on the 3rd of the month and they didn't ship until the 8th. Used Haultail Courier as the shipping company. What a joke! 19 days letter and still no product. Tracking is a bigger joke. Last update is "picked up by Courier at terminal ". This was 5 days ago, no info since then. They have no idea where the courier Hub is at, no idea where the terminal is at, and no idea on how to contact the courier. The entire process is ridiculous. As of today I still have no product and no answers. I spent $77.00 on the 3rd.

Horrible quality control and consistency. Lately every pod I use leaks terribly and makes the produ t virtually unusable. I've certainly bought my last vuse product.

There is no quality control because I have bought multiple 4 packs and each pod is a different color and the dark ones taste horrible. This product should be pulled from the market.

This company lacks quality and should be held accountable for the bad product it sells to the consumer. They seem to lack in what they call the quality department. So not purchase this item it's trash

My bad experience is not with the product but with RJ Reynolds who owns the company. THE absolute most horrible web experience ever! They should not even have a web page it’s so ineffective and forbid you have to call customer service. Before they will answer any question they first must ask 12 questions of you for ID purposes EVERY single time you call. And then their shipping department is as worthless as tits on a bull! Do yourself a favor and just quit! Put these people out of our misery.

I stopped using Fuse Pods because every other pod in Golden Tobacco packs I've bought within the past few months have been dark brown. This has been right away when purchasing from the store and upon opening the pack for the first time. I don't care if the company has said they are still okay to smoke, I don't trust them anymore. And most of the time these faulty dark brown pods taste weird. Waste of money! Especially if you don't have the time to return them back to the company itself, as most stores won't take back open tobacco products.

Use to be the best vape cartridge ever but since they started the four packs and selling more products I feel they are rushing production . The last 9 or 10 four packs have had 2 to 3 pods either spitting liquid out or even leaked out in the package . The stores never return them once box is open so I've lost about 90 dollars in faulty pods the passed fee months. Been dealing with it because they did at one time taste the best and were great quality but now I'm going to start looking for another to use .

I love the Vuse Vibe. HOWEVER their web page is THE most unfriendly, poorly integrated and incompetent, for self serve as I’ve ever seen. Constantly having to call customer support for customer service and they shouldn’t even have a web page as poorly as it functions. Shame on your webmaster and shame on RJ Reynolds for not making a more user friendly web experience, it’s not like you can’t afford to. And the bottom line is they don’t care because they got you by the balls! Grrrrrrrrr

There was a flash sale of 50% off. Ordered it and realized I got charged full price. Call and the lady I got told me to call back on a weekday. Called back and they said that NJ doesn’t get discounts. So instead of getting 50% off I paid more for shipping cost. They didn’t offer me coupons or anything to try and make me whole at least. I will be switching products now just cause I am sour about how they handled the situation.

I will never do business again with Vuse. I paid two day priority shipping and six days later I had to pick the order up from UPS. they did not refund my 13.00. They also charge a 45.00 tax. Double the price of other merchants
