“Their delivery is horrible. They take your money immediately but waiting over three weeks, still not delivered. The same status on the "tracking number" for over a week. Customer service, no help. Lately, 50% of the pods leak. They have leaked in the packaging and received pods that are darker than others. I will have to find another product. They use to be great. Sad.”

“I agree with the other reviewers. The product is not consistent. You can't return bad product ( which is very frequent) and even their "customer service center" is untruthful. I was promised a check for $76. to reimburse me for bad product. I received a check for $26.
When I first started buying Vuse, it was fine. The pods were consistently correct. I don't know what happened and why the company cannot produce quality product anymore ( and they don't seem tocare!!). I will be looking to change.”
