Too expensive to be getting bad quality cartridges on the regular! 4 packs are almost always trash every single time. Pods are dark in color and taste horrible. Vuse used to be my favorite brand. Very dissatisfied

Wasting money on a product that's leaks in your mouth when you smoke it going through so many I'm throwing money away won't refund for faulty product screw this company

Never buy the four packs because 75% of the product comes damaged and over burnt and this happens 9 out of 10 times that you purchase at your local gas stations and of course like any nicotine products they do not provide refund if you walk out of the store and most cashiers are not qualified to give you a refund

After just a few months, I am getting tired of the pods being INCONSISTENT. I had gotten darkened pods that tasted bad. I asked store about, after researching. They agreed they were bad. This time, they wouldn't find me NOT darkened, bad pods. I guess I'm gonna have to give up in Vuse. Don't need the frustration. If the pods are dark, they're bad!

You buy a new battery pack and it only lasts after a couple charges you can't draw any Vape from it. The pods are ridiculously priced now they used to be fair. I have bought three battery packs and they have failed within a couple weeks of having each one. This is way too much money for a product that doesn't deliver anymore. I did really enjoy the product that's why I used it but the quality has gone down the tubes.

I have been using vuse for 5 years now. I loved them until recently. the charges dont work more than once. the pods have become ridiculously expensive and the quality of the pod is horrible. I did find a way to force it to charge though but I shouldnt have to do this when its not even dirty. take a q-tip and dip in rubbing alcohol on the charging end of the pen and in the charging port and it works sometimes. I will be changing to a better e-cig. I am highly disappointed after being a loyal customer for 5 years.

The price going up is ridiculous! Also the chargers do not work at all! They will give a full charge once, they they stop! What the hell is up with the prices!? I now know 8 people who did use Vuse since they came out, but we are all switching to so Etching more affordable.

Terrible always changing prices and ripping people off i have all receipts 24$ up to 28$ then 31$ makes NO SENSE i hate this company so greedy and people buy it in the beginning cos it was cheaper back then now they just ripping people off OHSA NEEDS TO LOOK AT THIS AND SHUT IT DOWN

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought at a convenience store away from home and it never worked. Contacted customer service and they gave me instructions for sending in copy of receipt and photos, with the understanding that i would be sent some type of coupon to get a replacement. They never sent anything so I contacted them again and resent the requested info. Once aagin, they never sent me anything.

in Oregon it's over $30 for 4 of these pods. 50% of the time they are dark brown and not usable. WTF. I guess I should expect this from the company that hooked millions on nicotine. why would they care if quality control is trash?

I have using this product for 2 ish years, but am going to have to find something else. The quality of the pods have become terrible. They are extremely dark in color and they taster terrible. It’s not a random store either,I have gone to multiple and one in the package of 2 might be usable.

Used for three years but past ~ 4 months the product is TERRIBLE! All pods stopped working when they were half empty. I called to complain and returned 20 faulty pods and received a check for 26 dollars. I will never waste my money again on this product again. Try GLAS as it’s very reliable and the flavor is great. I keep buying packs and there is always at least one pod that doesn’t work !! Wasting money and no way to return a full pod even though it doesn’t work

Averaging only 3 pods out of every 4 pack that I buy; that's throwing $9 away, because 4pks are anywhere from $35 to 37 now! Major ripoff. A store clerk literally just opened up several pks, without me asking her to, to find some that weren't leaking or dark brown (which doesn't work well, doesn't last, or tastes aweful). That's how many complaints that store has gotten.

Brought a pack of four, first one didn’t work (threw away) put second in device, didn’t work. Brought new device (still didn’t work) tried third again didn’t work Called customer services . Told they would refund me $7 for the pod still in the packaging. But to get it …… Drive to post office (2 mile drive, I live remotely) pick up what they send me, package pod and box in envelope and post . Wait an eternity to see if I qualify for a refund then maybe I will get one for $7 The box cost $30+ they didn’t work, I’m not going to drive 2 miles, do what they want, drive 2 miles home and then not get refund on the whole box that didn’t work. My time is more valuable I use a pod a day and have done for years!!!! I’ve spent a lot (A LOT) of money with them. And they don’t want to refund me the money or in the least send me some coupons???? Oh well you have lost my business for ever Guess they prefer to miss out on thousands than do the right thing when their product doesn’t work Goodbye Vuse, hello another brand

When the pods are good, they're very good. Unfortunately, they're bad 90% of the time! The company does not reimburse you for the bad pods unless you have the packaging, receipt, a stool sample from your dog... I've never imagined that a company was such terrible quality control can survive, but somehow they're doing it. Maybe it's because the price has more than doubled in the last year and the quality has sank too well below acceptable. These pods are the most inconsistent product of any kind I've ever experienced in my entire life. How does a company survive one more than three quarters of their product are defective? If you're buying four pods, you'll be lucky to get two good ones. The rest will be burned black and taste like you're smoking a chimney. They do it intentionally. They know they have this problem and they continue. They know they can easily solve this problem by adding a little piece of transparent plastic to their packaging where people can see the product before they buy it. If they did this, nobody would ever buy their product again and they would be forced to make changes. They know this is the case because I have brought it up to them and made the suggestion. They pretty much telling you that they don't want you to see what's in the package because they know it'll put them out of business. What would she do is stop buying all products this company makes whether they are a vape or not until they get it right. These people aren't even trying. I think it's because many smokers are such things, but they will smoke the garbage that vuse puts into these boxes. Overall, from now on, if I can't see the actual liquid in the pod, I'm not buying the product.
