“I'm starting to open the 4 pack in front of the clerk that is selling me the product, so I can exchange them until all the cartridges are the lighter color that I have paid for. The color being darker when inhaled is absolutely disgusting. In return, they have no choice but to send them back as defective to the source. That should be mandatory; being the product is somewhat costly. Sumply put, get your formulas updated.”

“You buy a new battery pack and it only lasts after a couple charges you can't draw any Vape from it. The pods are ridiculously priced now they used to be fair. I have bought three battery packs and they have failed within a couple weeks of having each one. This is way too much money for a product that doesn't deliver anymore. “I have been using vuse for 5 years now. I loved them until recently. the charges dont work more than once. the pods have become ridiculously expensive and the quality of the pod is horrible. I did find a way to force it to charge though but I shouldnt have to do this when its not even dirty. take a q-tip and dip in rubbing alcohol on the charging end of the pen and in the charging port and it works sometimes. I will be changing to a better e-cig. I am highly disappointed after being a loyal customer for 5 years.”

Bought at a convenience store away from home and it never worked. Contacted customer service and they gave me instructions for sending in copy of receipt and photos, with the understanding that i would be sent some type of coupon to get a replacement.
They never sent anything so I contacted them again and resent the requested info. Once aagin, they never sent me anything.”

All pods stopped working when they were half empty. I called to complain and returned 20 faulty pods and received a check for 26 dollars. I will never waste my money again on this product again. Try GLAS as it’s very reliable and the flavor is great.

“Averaging only 3 pods out of every 4 pack that I buy; that's throwing $9 away, because 4pks are anywhere from $35 to 37 now! Major ripoff. A store clerk literally just opened up several pks, without me asking her to, to find some that weren't leaking or dark brown (which doesn't work well, doesn't last, or tastes aweful). That's how many complaints that store has gotten.”
