“The flavour changes are terrible, all of the Ice flavours hurt my head. A lot of pods malfunction, either right out of the package or stop working part way through. I'm moving on to a new brand.”

“I agree with the other reviewers. The product is not consistent. You can't return bad product ( which is very frequent) and even their "customer service center" is untruthful. I was promised a check for $76. to reimburse me for bad product. I received a check for $26.
When I first started buying Vuse, it was fine. The pods were consistently correct. I don't know what happened and why the company cannot produce quality product anymore ( and they don't seem tocare!!). I will be looking to change.”
