“I had 1000kg of boulders delivered on a pallet. I live on a cul-de-sac and the road isn't very wide. On the morning of the delivery one of my neighbours was having some work done which involved a large vehicle and the road was partially blocked when the driver from Walkers arrived. The driver didn't bat an eyelid and with a smile he just moved the pallet with a jack the entire length of my road and positioned it perfectly just where I requested. I was so impressed! An amazing "can do" attitude, everything with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service.”

“If I could leave 6 stars I would. We had a tricky delivery this week and the Walkers Transport driver went 100% above the call to help our team move a heavy item onto the premises. Caroline from Customer Services was equally swift to respond to a message as well. Clearly a nice firm to work for (and with) when you get this level of service. If you use a transport company use this one. We certainly will.”

“Tracking service works well, although in the end delivery came much earlier than expected as the estimate changed overnight and I didn't check in the morning, but no harm done. The driver was friendly, polite and efficient, happy to drop exactly where needed - kerbside in London, make sure you read the delivery restrictions - and careful to check all was good before sign off. “Walkers delivered a consignment of tiles for us. As we live in a rather out of the way and difficult house to find, I rang and gave instructions. The lovely girl who took my call, put me on hold, relayed my instructions directly to the depot who passed them onto the driver. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes but when I got home from work, the tiles were deposited exactly where I had specified. It is so great to be able to get through to a human being immediately these days, and to find them friendly and efficient. Walkers is a real pleasure to deal with.”
