“All interactions myself and my team have with the team on Walkers customer service have all be positive. The girls are always polite , helpful and quick to respond to any queries we have. We are also grateful that they keep us updated when things dont go to plan with our customers, i.e. when unable to deliver or bookIn for example.”

“Hi , Thanks for following up and asking for saome feedback on recent shipmenst and experiences with yourselves. At the moment, I am not aware of any issues and the customer service I have experienced has been good. We sometimes get a call from either Graham or Hayley prior to our cut off time to check whether we have any cheeky last minute pallets to add. This works really well and is appreciated by all our team here. Generally, to note as well if sometimes past cut off on portal (4pm) where able they will check with the driver on his location and if he is still within the area and able to come back then he will. Again thank you.”

“Generally speaking Walkers Transport is a very good freight forwarding solution for us at NTN, we have been with the Fradley park depot for many years and have always found the staff very approachable. We have little or no issues reported by our customers outlining any issues which from my point of view is priceless as i can then go about my day to day responsibilities, from the moment we load our goods onto your vehicles in essence i can forget about it. If there was 1 small point (hence only 4 stars) it would be that over the past few years sometimes collections from us has been an issue but in recent months has improved so as long as it continues the next survey should carry a 5 star rating.”
