“Delivery driver, responded to my husband that 'a thank you would have been nice' when the delivery was made. Not a major issue, but an arrogant response in the driver's interaction with my husband.”

“The delivery was on the wrong day and when drive was advised,The driver was rude asking do we want the delivery or not and refused to drop goods where we requested.”
