2. SC - for online class is a disaster, too many people
3. cc - better than sc but sometimes the material is repetitive
4. EC - i dont understand, we learn so many things before ec but ec only provides some of the materials. Why dont you seperate the lesson so that ec covers all of the materials.
5. Book - no use bcoz there is no real grade. No feedback at all.”
“- very limited schedule of encounter class
- size of chat & social class group is too large and the range of English skills is too wide: from beginner to advanced, so oftentimes I didn't learn about anything and it was not pleasurable to join
- many topics & materials of social classes are too childish, not too suitable for people in my age
- the material is way too easy for me. WSE should have provided a trial class. Also, I want to upgrade to business class by also cancelling this class but it was not allowed, yet when I ask for a refund, I need to wait for 9 months to prove that the program brings no improvement in my English skill

“Learning English with WSE is fun. The learning materials are interesting, especially the videos. The trainors, both locals and native speakers, are communicative and helpful. I enjoy one on one session with Duma, Tommy and Dimas. I also enjoy encounters with Christ and Sina. I learn a lot from other natives like Garry, Adam and a lady from South Africa (sorry, I forgot her name🙏).”

“Your offline classes are great, but not for the online ones. I think you should consider limiting each classes so that the effectiveness of the class will increase. The lesser the people, the better quality the class would have. And please be strict to the students who are maybe acting off-limits, since the other students really wanted to study and not just messing up in the class.”
