“- very limited schedule of encounter class
- size of chat & social class group is too large and the range of English skills is too wide: from beginner to advanced, so oftentimes I didn't learn about anything and it was not pleasurable to join
- many topics & materials of social classes are too childish, not too suitable for people in my age
- the material is way too easy for me. WSE should have provided a trial class. Also, I want to upgrade to business class by also cancelling this class but it was not allowed, yet when I ask for a refund, I need to wait for 9 months to prove that the program brings no improvement in my English skill

“I choose WSE, especially the VIP program, because I'd like to study with the native teachers (according to your ads and promotion). But from around 11 classes, 4 out of 5 of them was with local coaches (she was always unfocused at classes, I believe because too many students chatted with her and honestly I felt disturbed). However, for me WSE still the best course to study english so far (comparing to ILP and EF). I gave 2 stars because I felt my money would be wasted if I should study with local coaches (it's okay if the coach at least can focusing on the class).

“During the pandemi, little bit disappointed. I have to pay more for get online class. The things that I though it’s important for studying during the covid, online it must be the compensation cause you reduce your offline class.
It was hard to have schedule for encounter. i had to follow up again and again for the schedule. For#naiklevel.
I dont find the teaching and encouraging spirit for student, outside “renew your contract”.
Some of the mentors are nice but not with the policy. I don’t get what I expected in the promotiom session

“Need more interaction between the teacher and the students in order to improve students English skill rather than just depending on the system only. Social class and activities too much students and they love to talk stupid and nonsense thing during the lesson, and many times they didnt want to talk or discuss during the breakout room, yeah wasting time.
For WSE Go im sorry i dont really satisfied with the service and for me myself the price is not cheap.
Maybe for offline class should be better, but its impossible now during the pandemic, because what I felt for the WSE go online class is just the same with a free application that I can download on my phone.
So what I felt here is more depending into self learning with the system rather than studying with the teacher.”
“After this pandemic, this is so hard for me to find encounter schedule. It takes more that 2 weeks after my last enco to join next encounter. When I first Join wallstreet I thought you said that wallstreet will offer encounter every 2 weeks. I think that makes may progress slower and also hamper my progress.”
