“I’m talking about most of teacher at wse, I felt when I took encounter class my teacher always just looking for right answer but not to explained the material please notes my opinion not all of teacher but a bit teacher.
Over all wse is good, but your system booking online is bad, when i booked the social club always fully booked and Also when I attended social club many students a child or student from senior high schooll, event tought your employee said avarage in class adult person.
So please adjust the children's material with adults, so that it is interesting and not saturated.
The very importan the class is not mixed up.”
“At first, I joined Wallstreet English with a high expectation that it can help me increase my speaking skills. I really enjoy the program, but then I realized that my spoken English was still at the same level. Though I have been joining many classes, the grammatical error in my speaking skill was still at the same level.
Should I try a little harder, or is there any chance I could get the result of joining Wallstreet English as per my expectations? So that I can give a five star for WSE.”

2. SC - for online class is a disaster, too many people
3. cc - better than sc but sometimes the material is repetitive
4. EC - i dont understand, we learn so many things before ec but ec only provides some of the materials. Why dont you seperate the lesson so that ec covers all of the materials.
5. Book - no use bcoz there is no real grade. No feedback at all.”
“Social club class is so full, no one can review our speaking. But the materials during the classes were good and useful.
Encounter class depend on the teacher, some teachers were able to convey their question well, some weren't, so sometimes we don't understand if the question expect certain answer or another answer.
Complementary class is good, everyone has their turn to learn and try.
The practice is good and complete, however along the time it's kind of boring.
Overall, it's worth the money!”
“I think, more than 30 members in social club isn’t really effective for speaking. Small class would be effective to boost speaking skill and the teacher could respond directly (gramatical correction for instance).”
“I feel helpful with the materials, particularly, I found the digital books rather practical for improving my English. I think that it will be better if we have more exercise in digital books for the higher level, especially for the grammar part.
However, the listen and repeat in english anytime units are sometimes too much for me. I can understand if I need those exercise in earlier level, yet I feel that there are other methods that will be more suitable for higher levels. For the english anytime exercise in higher level, I have quite disappointment at it.
Lastly, I think that it will be great if we have customized additional exercise every time we did encounter. Then, we can know which particular part that we need to improve.”
“I just don't like changing the platform for my online classes. Digital Classroom is very bad. I got disappointed as the teacher couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear him and the rest of the people in the class. C'mon, let's move back to Zoom.”

the new digital class is uncomfortable, it's much better with zoom.
the materials for the class were often recurs, it needs more development.
the teacher/trainer too frequently switching classes in the breakout room without supervision.
for complementary class, sometime the teacher/trainer didn't know the material well.”
“This institution has great potential. A huge array of different teachers may not always lead to quality education. Classes are quite interactive however many I find to be over-crowded. It’s not pleasant to find that I’m obligated to pay the full fee, rather than a monthly payment program. And for the amount if money I already paid. I have not nor will ever think to recommend this to anyone.”
