“We purchased a primed MDF shelf from Wall Panels world recently. Unfortunately the priming process had not worked properly and the shelf was a bit of a mess. However, I contacted WPW and they immediately responded with apologies and a replacement shelf which arrived within 2 days and in good condition. We were very impressed. Processes don’t always go to plan but it’s the customer service and the sorting things out which is always the most important part of a purchase, and WPW’s customer service was helpful and excellent and more than we could ever have wished for. The shelf looks very nice too! We would most definitely use them again - one doesn’t always get this kind of customer service and we would highly recommend them.”

“Came across WPW completely by accident whilst looking for some ideas of what to do in my hallway. Saw something I liked and placed an order, 3 days later it was delivered in full. Decent quality, and actually straight lengths rather than the banana timber you get at B&Q! All in all, appear to be a good reliable supplier and will deffo use them again in the future.”

“I ordered a 4.2m length of MDF dado rail but was concerned how liable to bending and snapping it would be. Need not have worried as it arrived in good time strapped to a length of much thicker and stronger wood, thus keeping iy from warping or breaking. What a godsend that was as it made moving the entire length of rail through the house for painting and positioning up the stairs where it was to be positioned extremely easy. Free postage and kept well informed of the delivery date and time, great service. Thank you.”

“Bought the trims for our wall panels we gave not used them yet as waiting for the bathroom to be done. My only improvement would be to send an order confirmation as I had to ask for one. I had not had a response to the order and was unsure if it was going to arrive.”

“I mistakenly ordered some wall panels well in advance assuming a delivery date at a later time would be acheivable. I did this because of the experience of my previous order. Not so, you managed to mess this up too. I get informed that there are delivery issues - date brought forward and items on van - they didnt arrive. Im then informed this is not the case and items out of stock. I receive emails from skirting world who querie why Im contact them etc etc etc. Never again! Found professional local supplier, in stock and delivered SAME DAY.”
