“Easy to order, prompt delivery. A couple of pieces of moulding were damaged, I contacted them by e.mail and was immediately contacted back with a promise of sending replacements as soon as there was a delivery in my area, which was promptly done within a week. 👍”

“Amazing I brought the wrong sized wood panel they collected for return and delivered the right one driver was great very polite 5 stars from me the guy on the end of the phone was very informative and sorted my problem straight away.. will defo buy from them again”

“Disappointed. Purchased an ‘undercoated’ shelf. Item arrived with only partial undercoating (whole of one face and a long edge not painted), so had to spend more time and money purchasing and applying undercoat to complete the prepping I thought I had paid for. I also requested the 4.2m board be cut in half to make two shelves, this was not done, so had to cut it down myself to get it in the house. I have tried to post a product review but it is not appearing on the website. Whilst I guess it is the company’s prerogative of what it posts, I question whether it is ethical and morally sound to disregard challenging reviews. All this said, the MDF is good quality, hence 2 stars not 1.”

“Even though I had an issue with my order, somebody was quick to respond and sort out the issue. Definitely 5 stars for that and the quality of the items is good as well.”
