Hi Ray, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We did advise as soon as we knew there was as delay, due to storms in the US, where the paper is manufactured, again, we do appreciate your patience, and can see your paper has now been delivered. Katie

“Ordered 2 rolls of Harlequin wallpaper on the Monday. Was advised it would be with me Wednesday, "Thursday latest". It never arrived. No word from anybody as to when it would arrive so cancelled and ordered from another supplier. Shocking service!”

Hi there, Thanks for your review. On looking back on our correspondance with you over the last few days, I can see that the courier failed to deliver the paper to you as there was no answer at the property. This was re-attempted after confirming your address, so I'm not sure what has happened here, but we have refunded you in full whilst they attempt to make a 3rd delivery. So sorry again for the delay here. Katie

This one is coming directly from the suppler so we are unsure as to the reason for the hold up, but rest assured we are chasing this for you as we speak. “Loved this wallpaper but thought I’d have enough with 2 rolls to do one wall..turns out I didn’t 🤦‍♀️ Still like the look I’ve managed to create though. Very thick paper, difficult to cut (was for me but I’m amateur)”
