“After a slight delay in my order arriving, I was impressed by the swift response from Katie at Wallpaper Online, who followed up the issue on my behalf and refunded me the purchase. The product has now arrived and I am pleased with it. The customer care has been excellent and I would happily order through Wallpaper Online again.”

Hi there Alison, Thank you for the review. I am so sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. This one is coming directly from the supplier so I'm not sure what the hold up is but I have been in touch with them this morning to investigate. “Loved this wallpaper but thought I’d have enough with 2 rolls to do one wall..turns out I didn’t 🤦‍♀️ Still like the look I’ve managed to create though. Very thick paper, difficult to cut (was for me but I’m amateur)”

“When the paper arrived it was good quality and exactly as we hoped for. Sadly I hadn't ordered quite enough and when we tried to order more it was out of stock so we had to purchase elsewhere.”

“Website was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Delivery was quick enough even at Xmas time, and the wallpaper rolls were packaged well enough to not be damaged at all upon arrival. I haven’t put them up yet but the quality appears appropriate for the price paid. The samples were good quality but could’ve done with being a bit larger. I like the fact that the cost of them is refunded if you make an order though, that’s a nice touch. EDIT: I’ve put up both types of wallpaper and they were fantastic. Good thick paper that went up brilliantly. No issues at all and looks better than I’d hoped.”
