“Great selection of wallpapers at a reasonable price. Note I would manually check the number of rolls needed as I was advised to buy more than was actually needed (100% extra). However, there is a return option.”

“Delivery, a week ahead of the time advised, so very good. I ordered 12 rolls of paper, 11 of which had a sheet inside and all were batch No. 06, the last one, however, did not have a sheet inside so don't know if the batch is the same or not.”

Hi there Stuart, Thanks for your review. I can see you have ordered the Almond Blossom paper which is 10-15 working days delivery, it does state this on the product page and we are still within that time frame. I will chase the supplier for some tracking (the paper comes from France), and will email this to you directly when it comes through. Katie

“Good quick service, improvement opportunity: tracking reference did not work. On contacting the courier to find delivery was arriving that day. Luckily I was able to be in!”

“Would have been 5 star review but let down by the customer service....you can't reach by phone due to staffing issues and no reply to emails....a little frustrating Otherwise good and very happy with the paper.”

“The sample took a long time to arrive, about 10 days which was a little disappointing. The wallpaper arrived with a few days of ordering though. Fantastic paper to use, paste the wall, very easy compared with the traditional method that I normally use. The paper looks great with no seams showing. Overall I’m very pleased with it.”

“This is a revised review. First I had a issue of it not arriving, and customer service not responding, with me then thinking something was dodgy. However after a while they rectified all the problems and I would buy from these again. Human error happens manual processes still have to be done. A learning curve for all.”
