“Very poor service. Advised delivery of paper 17th December, when I contacted a week later to ask why I hadn’t received my order I was informed they couldn’t get it from supply until 22nd Feb! When I asked why no one had informed me they placed blame on the supplier”

“Speedy delivery, wallpaper is fine. Not impressed with after- sales service. After placing the order I realised that there were 2 mistakes. I had submitted the wrong address and omitted to use the discount code ( I am 83 old and not very computer literate). I used the chat box to ask if someone could telephone me to sort out the mistakes but got an e-mail instead. I did not see the e-mail until the following day, by then the goods were in transit.”
