“The most terrible service ,no one to speak to ,24 hrs between emails and still answers not satisfactory, would never use you again or recommend you to anyone has been the most unpleasant experience .”

Hi there Lisa, Thanks for your review. I am so sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been a pleasant one. I can see from our email trail that there has been a courier issue with the supplier, which has been resolved, but now the paper is too late for your project, which we are so sorry for, unfortunately, this is down to the courier which is out of our hands, but we have offered to collect the paper free of charge for you for a full refund. “Ordered and paid on 6 April received today 25 April. They don't pick up the phone although respond bto email eventually. Wouldn't recommend or use again”

“My eyes are very poor the wallpaper you sent me was the same but had no yellow flowers when I asked could I just exchange them they said no so I asked could I send this back and get a refund I’m still waiting for return label that wasn’t in the box”

“Ordered wallpaper on the 30th of March, and was advised it would arrive on or before the 8th of April. It's now the 14th of April still nothing. Have enquired when my order will arrive and was advised I would receive an update last week and I'm still waiting. Customer service is poor, and processing orders is also poor. I understand covid is affecting a lot of businesses however updating customers is surely routine if an order is delayed?”

“The delivery was damaged in transit so I was told by the courier it was being returned. It took 3 days to get any update as to what would happen then on the day of delivery I was told it was back out. The box arrived open & damaged which I have emailed the pics in (contents undamaged) but I've had zero reply. Quite a frap customer service really”

“Massively let down by DPD . They still have my wallpaper after failing to deliver three times .Last attemp was place of work which is open 24/7 and they still text say sorry we missed you .Had to cancel decorator .Cant see me using again if they are using DPD as courier .Sorry cant review wallpaper as I haven't seen it”
