“After a slight delay in my order arriving, I was impressed by the swift response from Katie at Wallpaper Online, who followed up the issue on my behalf and refunded me the purchase. The product has now arrived and I am pleased with it. The customer care has been excellent and I would happily order through Wallpaper Online again.”

This one is coming directly from the supplier so I'm not sure what the hold up is but I have been in touch with them this morning to investigate. “I haven't received my wallpaper which I ordered on 11th March and was meant to be delivered on or before the 22nd. Despite having sent an email inquiring where my order is I've yet to receive a reply.”

Hi Joanna, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear your paper hasn't arrived yet. I have chased this with the supplier who is sending these out. It looks as though they had an IT glitch last week and some orders have subsequently been delayed, I am so sorry. We have been assured that all affected ordered should be received by the end of the week. Katie

“Out shopping and saw a wallpaper that I really liked but didn’t buy as had to measure up, didn’t go back to the shop for 3 days and they only had 2 roles when I returned. The shop wasn’t ordering for another 3 weeks so I took the reference numbers and makes and searched online. I found the paper on Wallpaper online and ordered 6 roles. Firstly the same wallpaper was £6 cheaper per roll and I was given a delivery date of a week when I ordered, in fact it arrived after 4 days. Throughout received regular text updates on my order which was delivered boxed and well packed with plenty of protection. Wallpaper was as I ordered and all in good condition with matching batch numbers. I have seen quite a few other wallpapers on their site and will definitely be using Wallpaper Online again.”
