“The sample took a long time to arrive, about 10 days which was a little disappointing. The wallpaper arrived with a few days of ordering though. Fantastic paper to use, paste the wall, very easy compared with the traditional method that I normally use. The paper looks great with no seams showing. Overall I’m very pleased with it.”

Hi there Louise, I'm so sorry to hear there has been an issue with the delivery. I can see that we have replied to your emails but we are getting a "recipients mailbox is full" response when emailing you. We have refunded the order in full and also asked for replacements to be sent out. Katie

Please do get in touch if you can't find that refund and we can supply an ARN number for you to trace this with your bank. I have again been unable to contact you via email due to your inbox being full. Katie

“This is a revised review. First I had a issue of it not arriving, and customer service not responding, with me then thinking something was dodgy. However after a while they rectified all the problems and I would buy from these again. Human error happens manual processes still have to be done. A learning curve for all.”

“It all started so well, the website was easy to navigate. I ordered two rolls of wallpaper and payment was easy also. My parcel arrived early but low and behold there was only one roll of paper in a box big enough for two…I have emailed and the company has dispatched a new roll but it isn’t good enough…Michelle Osborne”
