“Sorry guys. Placed an order and received an email saying 'We aim to have your order delivered on or before Friday 13th May 2022" at 3 pm on the 13th I am the one contacted Wallpaper to ask 'where is my order?'. It arrived on the 25th of May. Appreciate Cole and Son caused the out-of-stock issue, but someone really should have called me on either afternoon of the 12th or the morning of the 13th to simply say 'your order is delayed, sorry'.”

“The quality of the paper is good. I felt misled as I have signed up and did not get my 15% off. This was really disappointing and misleading which is why my score is low. I am going to order further wall paper but it will depend of I get the discount promised whether I source it from yourselves.”

Hi Helen, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your 15% discount was not applied. Unfortunately, this introductory offer does not apply to products already on sale. I can see your order was already discounted by 20%, but please do let us know if you need anything else and we will be happy to still honour a 15% discount on a non-sale item. Katie

“Offer of refund for samples if paper ordered came AFTER the paper had already been ordered, delivered and put up! This was pointed out but no refund received only a message saying I couldn't have a discount. No reply to further email. Pointless offer received twice since then.”

We send out a voucher code for the full sample cost on your confirmation email when ordering samples, this voucher can then be used on a future order. “Would have been 5 star review but let down by the customer service....you can't reach by phone due to staffing issues and no reply to emails....a little frustrating Otherwise good and very happy with the paper.”
