The help received from Jeff Burnett was truly appreciated. My old floor heating thermostat wasn’t working. He quickly suggested and shipped a replacement and further followed up by sending wiring diagrams, the user guide and videos to help with the installation.

I received very useful help from the online chat I had Warmly Yours support. He described what and how to test my unit to figure out what the issue was and then provided links to order the broken parts.

Jeff Burnett was my customer support technician. From the very beginning he was extremely astute as well as patient in walking me through each individual process. I've dealt with many people over the years that were woefully undereducated and incapable of helping others in an efficient manner. Your support team is superior to others. I also believe Scott answered on one phone call

i contacted Warmly Yours customer service on line and was astonished with the timely and detailed response I received. It was spot on addressed the problem I was having. I don’t write reviews but the service from Warmly Yours was unique in my experience. There was follow up at every level. It wasn’t necessary but they offered to Zoom with me to help troubleshoot the problem. There was little $$ incentive for them but they just delivered remarkable service because they wanted to. I highly recommend them.

Not only does Warmly Yours sell great products, their customer support team is WORLD CLASS. I purchased a replacement thermostat for a heated floor. There were some intial problems getting the themostat to set the floor to the desired temperature. The tech support team at Warmly Yours took numerous calls from me until we resolved the issue, which was a bad floor sensor. Their tech support is super knowledgeable, very friendly, and customer focused!

I needed two new thermostats for our heated floors and the company they were origianally purchased from was no longer in business and the model was discontinued. I called WarmlyYours and spoke to Jeff in technical support and he spent a lot of time researching what I had to find a replacement that would work with our system, and then he helped me order it and talked through the set up with our electrician, and the new thermostats are working great! Kudos to Jeff for providing such amazing support!

I called Warmly Yours service line on a Saturday Night and they actually answered with a real human, connected me to a technician, and after a quick few minutes of troubleshooting they determined what I needed and had a replacement part to me within a few days. I was shocked this went as smooth as it did. Will definitely be buying more of this product in the future becuase of the great technical support.
