Excellent customer service, but wish you had more modern controllers at a reasonable price. I have purchased two SCA-Dual controllers and they work fine, but very outdated, old design.

I worked with WarmlyYours during our Master Bathroom rennovation. We increased the size of our shower and wanted to include heat tape to warm the floor. The WarmlyYours team help with the design and recommendation of heat tape product and wall mounted thermostat. Using their instructions it was easy to have a heated floor in our new shower. It has been working for several years now and we enjoy its simple and trouble free operation.

I've had WarmlyYours heating wires under my granite kitchen floor for over 20 years. While the wires have worked perfect from the day they were installed, I've had issues with the thermastates over the years. What I like most about WarmlyYours is the service I've received every time I've called customer service. The technicians are fantastic and supply replacement parts and instructions that are easy to follow.

The unit came in a timely manner and works perfectly. I previously had a much higher priced towel warmer that quit working. The towels fit this one better and heat up more evenly. It's great!

Formally yours is a wonderful company with great products. The customer service is unmatched and their products come with legible easy instructions, they have videos and train their dealers. Well my favorite item is the towel warmer for the bathroom. It’s nothing like getting out of the shower to a warm towel it’s very dry

I purchased a towel warmer for my wife for Christmas last year. It worked great and looks beautiful. After a couple months it stopped working. Warmly Yours was great about replacing the unit. The second one was installed and after a couple months that one stopped working too. Both were plugged in to an outlet. I reached out again for a replacement and they did but this time I hard wired the unit. After a couple months this unit stopped working as well. I'm now working on installing a whole house surge protector just for the purpose of getting more than two months of life on a towel warmer. The experience has been frustrating to say the least, but the company has been great to work with.

Our floor heating system has been working well for many years. It's pretty much "set it and forget it". When we needed to replace a thermostat, the company was very helpful. You can actually reach someone on the phone!

My system continues to be under functioning giving very little hieat since day one which is almost 2 years old now. Very disappointed ☹️

Hi John, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration, as having a warm floor is the ultimate goal. We are disappointed to hear you are still unhappy, especially after our team worked with you extensively over two months to troubleshoot the system. As we determined during those tests, the Environ Flex system is operating exactly as designed. The challenge unfortunately stems from the flooring material and installation method acting as an insulator. Because the Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) used has a foam backing and was installed without the required 1/2" separation layer (as per the flooring manufacturer's manual), the heat is effectively "trapped" under the floor rather than radiating into the room. We know this is not the outcome you wanted, but as discussed regarding the compatibility warnings at the time of purchase, we cannot overcome the physical insulating properties of the flooring assembly. We have been very pleased with our Tahoe 6 towel warmer. The install went smoothly and it has been operating well for over 6 months. I was also pleased at the post-purchased customer support. I am actively considering a second Warmly Yours towel warmer to upgrade the older bathroom.

Laurie’s attention and help were exceptional. However, my contractor was inexperienced and fairly incompetent. I had outdoor heating installed which works in part of the area but not all. Unfortunately the main steps to the front door do not melt. I use the back steps for my dog yard and they do melt🙏🏻 One other problem I have is the manual nature of initiating the system. I thought the sensor would automatically turn it on but I have to do it when it’s going to snow. If I’m not home it can’t catch up to fallen snow. Also the walkway melt travels to the public sidewalk where it turns into a skating rink. I use salt on that. I’m only 75% happy with the results and 100% wish I hadn’t invested in it. It was trouble all the way. Inside floors work well but I think it’s too expensive to operate and appreciate being able to see the amount of power it uses so I can calculate the cost and act frugally. The whole system is definitely a luxury. I did see that you offer many detection methods to solve problems but I am exhausted from the experience and ended up firing my contractor.

I needed a thermostat for my bathroom floor. I contacted Warmly Yours and they sent me a new one. However when I went to change the thermostat there were more wires than I expected. Warmly Yours was contacted and they sent me a video which walked me through the installation. They were truly concerned with coustermer service. (I wish my cable company operated like them). Thank you.
