Had a slight issue (my fault) I’d had a new bank card and details had been updated so by mistake I had defaulted on two payments. Spoke to Sue D, who was extremely professional and helpful. Very understanding and I have proof of the simple mistake on my end. New details taken and payments updated. Email sent from WW proving all good and that my warranty still in place with remaining payments left. Great company very easy to deal with. Great service. Thanks Sue!

I've only chosen 5star because of the help of Sarah Hancock.With our bank issuing a new visa.debt card ,we did not realise that you couldn't take out the monthly payments. A letter you sent out on the 3.7 .19 stated that you had e-mailed and sent letters about the above.That didn't happen at all.Why can't you in this technology age do direct debit,then I wouldn't have been uninsured for two months.

This company deals with claims efficiently and without fuss. You always get to speak to someone rather than an answer machine!

The service following my breakdown whilst in Scotland was excellent with the car being collected and transported just as the contract stated! Why use any other company when you get first class support!

Not had to make a claim yet so do not really know how good the product I bought is. However, I hung on until the last minute and they offered me a 10% discount. Which brought it in nearly half the price of my car manufacture's extended warranty.

i bought a used car,had problems with it the first month ie steering wheel shake brake problem,i had 3 month warrantywise cover, my car was fixed with nothing to pay (Brilliant) i have booked for cover when the 3 month are up,for another 12 month Peace of mind for me

On my original inquiry I was surprised to receive a follow up phone call after as I had requested email communication. However the operator was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions immediately. The quote given was slightly higher than some others but the cover was better. Sadly illness meant I was unable to accept that quote in time and it expired. However a very good new quote at Christmas was accepted and all done on line easily. More to follow if I ever have to make a claim. Update: Sadly as my car was a Cat S write off admin decided that it broke their rules being a major write off. As I understood it was slight structural repairable damage but not economical. I did in fact query this on my original enquiry and the young lady went and checked and said it would be ok but obviously their admin felt differently so sadly no warranty. Payment was returned promptly so I would still highly recommend this compny.

This warranty company go above and beyond even when something isn't listed as being covered they are always willing to pay good will. Also I have to give Liam the upmost credit for his amazing service!!

Very good service they keep you updated. My car is running fine and I have used this warranty yet but the way these people are treating me it looks they will provide me very good service if I need

This is my second warranty with Warrantywise. I received a good price for a three year warranty on my Citroen. A simple application process and good follow on communication. With the cost of repairs, this should give me three years peace of mind.

Although I have only twice had to call upon my policy with Warrantywise, I had no problems when my repairer made contact with them and repairs and Billing were carried out without any delay. I am glad that I decided to go with Warrantywise in preference to any other similar organisation.

Have been with warrantywise for many years, as yet have never had to call for their assistance. I do feel alot better knowing they are behind me.

I bought a 9 year old car and took out a warranty for £500 ish, I was not sure if this was a good idea. Then around 7months later my front calipers went and I was hit with a repair bill £800. Warranty wise paid up when I showed them an old invoice from 2013 for the callipers. They paid within a few days and for that I recommend them.

100% cannot fault warrantywise, ive had a warranty with them for around 8 years and they did change a new short motor etc on my old Mitsubishi costing in excess off £5000 by the main dealers.

Once again an effective renewal of my warranty with Warranty Wise. To date never had to make a claim but given the efficiency demostrated to date then I would expect that Waranty Wise shall present themselves in a professional manner

My first claim was handled in a matter of hours-received, reviewed, accessed and approved so I could go back to approved garage to repair my car promptly. I was really impressed by the whole process. The cheque arrived in a couple of days too and reinforced my first impression of Warranty Wise as a quick and efficient company. The agents were all very polite and professional and gave me quick updates at every stage of my query. I would definitely recommend Warranty Wise to anyone considering buying a used car insurance. When I looked at the reviews for Warranty Wise they were all good, but reading them they were all about the sales team their friendly manner ect. Although that is important the most important part is in dealing with claims. Well I can say that is all spot on as well, I was kept well informed throughout the claim which is why I have rated them five stars
