“Been with Warrantywise since 2019 and have had no problems! Recently my vehicle failed MoT and my cover included MoT failure, Warrantywise paid me in full for the repairs that were needed 🙂 Very happy with the assistant I got, Angela was most helpful and was sorted in 24hrs 5 stars. “I was dealing with jess who was very helpful, I had ignition coil and labour plus vehicle diagnostics covered under my warranty. Overall a good experience I had slight issues with information to be sent regarding payment but. Warrantywise were very helpful and very fast to respond doing everything they could. Would use again. “I got an estimate from the dealer for a faulty switch on the steering wheel, I submitted a PDF of the estimate it was reviewed quickly By the repairs admin team and approved in full I have now arranged to have the repair carried out knowing I will be reimbursed for the full amount”

“Quick and easy process and 20% off helped too. Appears a good level of cover for my age of car with the ability to select labour rate charges allowing me to Use a main dealer if I wanted (which I do) break down assistance is a juice addition although I would of preferred if it was optional as I have it already separately”

“Held over credit funds when last car sold.Given fair quote after pressing.All efficient and documents turned up as promised.Easy process.Had to press for e mail response at the start but overall well done. The test will be when there is a claim !!”

“I would highly recommend Warranty Wise, My Rolls Royce Phantom Rear climate control unit failed, all warranty wise asked for is to take in to a Vat registered garage, thru communicated to each other and within 2 days I received a call and email from warranty wise they have authorised the repair for almost £900! Extremely happy with service and efficiency. 5 star service all round. Thank you.”

“Great company and clear, patient customer service. I had the misfortune to have an issue with my car and whilst at first it was a concern Warranty Wise sorted everything out and organisation was smooth and the cover did exactly what it said, no ifs and buts. This year I have added my wifes car so we both have peace of mind.”

“A very reactive company to deal with from day 1. They helped me with buying my warranty, as you would hope and with quick advice dropped my cost. A quick phone call after purchase added my VIN number. The customer service group, based in Lancashire, are very easy to deal with and I have great confidence in them dealing with anything that comes up. A good product with simple English explanations, a good price and good support.”
