“Skip was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 12.30 didn't turn up until 2.30”

“Brilliant service , Only down fall was that we was told collection would be 12:30 til 5 but they arrived at 7:45 in the morning nothing major just had a few more items to put in as it was raining the day before.”

“The service and customer service was exellent i had some inquries and i spoke to Hannah and Pheobe who dealt with it . I was a bit disapointed that i could not get a discount for hiring multiple skips and the times that deliveries the first skip i was told between 12 30 and 17 00 it turned up at 8 am and the second was between 0800 and 1230 it turned up at1400.and there was aproblem with collecting the first skip.”

“Easy booking process and kept up to date regarding a delay to delivery. Skip was delivered on time and collected promptly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the skip was a little pricey but due to COVID-19 availability was low. Would recommend.”

“The service was very easy to use and I was kept well informed about delivery and collection with emails and texts. I would have given 5 stars but my arranged collection was inexplicably cancelled and I had to phone to chase it up. I suspect this was the local agent’s fault though. I don’t know about price, I didn’t shop around, but I guess not having to do that is the benefit of a service line this.”

“Did not turn up on the date agreed. Contacted them that evening by email, the next day they rang back and apologised and booked a new date. After that all was well. I would however perfered a 2 hour delivery slot than a AM/PM slot.”

“You delivered really promptly, on the day that I asked for. Collection was a little confusing as I had a text advising me when you would be collecting. Four days later it was picked up. Lucky that I happened to be at home! Happy customer though.”
