“Its a skip. It worked well. What is not so good is saying delivery/collection will be made between 7am and 7pm. Too wide a window.”

“Easy to book and both delivery and collection actioned as requested. My only comment refers to the collection as the instructions stated that I needed to be at home and to sign for the pick up. In fact the skip was collected whilst I was inside the house without reference to me or a signature. This is not a complaint as such but I’m pleased I didn’t stay at home specifically for the collection.”

“Great service arrived when requested, would be an excellent rating but it was due to be collected on Tuesday, its now Thursday and I haven't received an update. Great friendly easy to use service well done.”

“The skip had holes in it and I was a bit concerned that the bottom might fall out when lifted, but it survived. I received an email stating pick up date and the need for someone to be there to sign off for the skip. Stayed in all day, the skip wasn't collected. Why not email or phone call to cancel? The driver was a nice guy, top marks there.”
