“Delivery and collection received was an excellent service, however the online account had no details of the order so not sure what the purpose of having to set one up was.”

“following a further approach using the chat help line there was quick resolution of the problem. This included a most helpful and explanatory phone call from Head Office . In the difficult circumstances of the virus disruption, the explanation was acceptable. The lesson is to warn the customer when there is a problem rather than to let them find out the hard way leading to a complaint.”

“It was easy to order the skip online and pay securely. Communication was good, mainly via email and also text messages on the delivery and collection dates. The only issue was the text messages indicated the skip delivery and collection had to be signed for in person and there was nobody at the address at the time. However, after using the online chat facility on the website it was confirmed that this was not required due to current social distancing requirements.”

“Easy to use when ordering on the website, however once order is placed you have to do everything online and the selections don’t always work! I couldn’t change my collection date or book an exchange on my online account! Tried to ring and was told to go to online chat which kept cutting off! Just a lot of messing about when a phone call would have been easier”

“Excellent service. I was able to keep the skip for a little longer than I had originally asked, at no extra cost. The only reason that I’m not giving full stars, is because it was collected a day later than the re-arranged date.”
