“The skip turned up on the correct day . I filled it .the skip was collected on the correct day”

“A good concept to help get you the best price. However, after paying for the skip through your process the driver collecting the skip after use asked for £10.00 He gave no indication as to what the money was for and I'm sure a more vulnerabke person may have paid it!!”

“Very easy to book online and communication was good. I was contacted by text message on day of delivery and pick up. I was a little bit annoyed that after being told to make sure someone was around to sign for delivery only to be by the driver there was no need to sign anything. I rearranged an appointment so I could be available to sign for it. Other than that, I am a satisfied customer.”

“Easy to order, arrived on time , excellent drivers as road and drive both quite narrow! Just knocked a star off as late to pick up ( but explained why ) would definitely use again .”

“It arrived on the day put in drive as I asked Only problem it was not collected on the day I was told Apart from that every thing was fine”

“I’m not sure how I ended up being a customer with yourselves!! Assume I clicked on the wrong link when booking on line !! Thought I was using a local firm - however, service was very good & prompt helpful service provided by everyone from office staff to drivers”

“The skip was delivered on the date agreed. The delivery driver was very help full. However, the collection of the skip which was due on the 31st of July did not happen.”

“Good service. Delivered on time. Ordered early pickup online but they did not turn up on requested day. Had to chat online to get a new pickup date. Second time they came and picked up the rubbish off the drive they fell off the skip when it was lifted. Would use again.”
