“Delivered when promised but we were informed that skip would be collected last Friday but it might be delayed by a day or two. Eventually collected on the following Wednesday after contacting the provider to hasten things along. Otherwise excellent service and just what we needed after our move into our new house.”

“No issues, skip arrived on the day specified and taken away . Be better to have a time slot narrowed to particular part of day, as was just given 7am-7pm. So not sure when it would arrive. But apart from that service was good.”

“turned up on and removed, the removal was two days late which didnt cause us an issue but on other jobs it wouls have as we asked people to park else where to allow for a skip to be removed, but over all very happy”

“I ordered a skip from WasteOnLine and, having never asked for a skip before, did not really know what size to order, relative to the 'junk' that I had to get rid of. This did not matter, however, since the skip turned up on time and was placed just where I asked. On the day of collection the skip was taken quickly and cleanly, leaving no marks on the drive of the house. Should I require another skip, then I would have no hesitation in contacting WasteOnLine.”

“I have no issue with the service provided by Wasteonline they were helpful with any issues and I had no issues contacting them. They dealt with the skip company for me over a failed collection (that's a whole different issue) and managed to get a reduced second collection charge for me.”

“Easy to use, saved nearly £100 on my skip compared to phoning round the local companies in my area. I would have given 5* but when they informed the skip company to collect my skip they told them it was empty so they turned up with a truck already carrying a skip. Luckily I only had light waste in mine or they wouldn't have been able to remove it due to the combined weight of the 2 skips on the 1 truck”
